• Responsibilities: Manage the day to day operations across the Operating Rooms, Endoscopy, Pre Op, PACU, and Central Sterile Supply with a team of ~75 FTE's.

Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager, Surgery / OR:

• BSN preferred | Associate's degree in Nursing required
• RN Active License
• CERNER experience is a plus
• Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Assistant Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
• Minimum three (3) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
• Seeking a servant leader who is dedicated to staff development, and helping move the department to the next level
