About the Manager, Ambulatory Surgery (RN)

The position will manage the daily operations for the center, mentor and lead the nurses, ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, review productivity, manage staffing needs and identify recruitment and retention strategies, and build collaborative and positive surgeon relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements for Manager, Ambulatory Surgery (RN)

• BSN required / Master's strongly preferred
• Active RN License State of North Carolina
• Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services leadership experience at Supervisor/Manager level or above in an ASC
• Minimum five (5) years of operating room nursing experience
• INSPIRATIONAL and COLLABORATIVE leadership style
• Strong focus on quality and patient safety, and ensuring the highest level of patient safety and outcomes
