ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THIS FINANCE ROLE?

This is a full-time Monday through Friday position with the flexibility for almost 100% remote work. While the role is primarily remote, you'll occasionally come into the office for meetings and mail pickups.

As our Accounting Clerk - Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. You'll be responsible for reconciling bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers, managing company invoices, processing payroll, generating financial reports, and more. With your keen attention to detail and analytical skills, you'll help us streamline our financial processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. • 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper or corporate accountant
• Experience with accounting software, including QuickBooks Online
• Strong knowledge of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency with creating spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent analytical skills
