Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that the project is completed within the specified time frame and budget.
- Review technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Manage RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor estimates effectively.
- Develop and maintain a close relationship with vendors, ensuring all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure adherence to all safety codes and regulations, promoting a culture of safety on the construction site.
- Supervise all onsite personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Implement and manage project schedules, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure smooth progress.
- Manage and coordinate materials, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available when needed.
- Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds the required standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction superintendent role or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety codes and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor estimates.
- Exceptional skills in managing and coordinating materials.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage onsite personnel effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge and experience in quality control procedures within the construction industry.
