The IT Integration and Solutions Professional I is responsible for supporting services of IBM Workload Scheduler, IBM B2B Integrator, OnBase document design, archive, and distribution software, and assisting in pay-cycle processing. This position is the primary backup in processing Bi-Weekly, Monthly, and Supplemental Payroll processes in PeopleSoft, printing checks, and assisting in yearly W2 printing.As a critical part of university functioning, this position is designated as mandatory under adverse weather and other emergency event conditions such as a pandemic and will be required to report to work onsite to carry out essential functions when necessary.This position will be responsible for systems administration tasks, application configuration and support, direct end-user requirement analysis, troubleshooting, solutions design, software patches scheduling, testing, and leading upgrade efforts.The position is responsible for daily remediation of problems in the ServiceNow CMDB. This will include monitoring the health of the CIs in the CMDB through the ServiceNow Dashboard. This position will work with the CMDB team to onboard new resources, assist with automation efforts, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the CMDB.
