As a Business Management Representative, the main priority is to assist the campaign managers to facilitate the sales and marketing collateral for our clients and partnerships. Business development, in our eyes, is about understanding people. It’s about building awareness on how our products and services can better their every day life. Giving our consumers the best communication methods they can get with our services is the priority of what we do here. 

Main Objectives of a Business Management Representative: 

• Create ongoing business relationships with our customers to build trust and transparency.
• Express a friendly and upbeat attitude
• Participation in role-play situations, product expertise, and psychology of customer service behavior training
• Establishing, positioning, and identifying our target audience through leads provided by the customer service support center.
• Learn training techniques to make promotional advertising more seamless for fellow Associates.
• Participate in daily meetings to review the companies standards and targeted goals
• Express involvement in campaign meetings and help contribute new ideas for the target audience we market to.
