ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Non-rotating 40 hour work week, Monday - Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.
Responsibilities
Oversee the operations of the Base Failure/Utility Cut, Seal Coat, Pothole and Level Up/Overlay crews in the department's effort to meet the annual street repair/maintenance work goals. Coordinate work efforts to maximize productivity and efficiency from personnel, equipment and work materials. Ensure all traffic control and safety rules are followed. Identify and make recommendations for personnel development, training and discipline. Assist with administrative duties by creating and reviewing Maximo work orders, injury and accident reports, time detail edits, maintain material and equipment inventory. Provide customer service by investigating customer complaints and claims. Monitor complaint and work orders to ensure timely response and work completion. Perform other duties as assigned for the benefit of the department.
Qualifications
Position requires a High School diploma or GED with four (4) year of directly related experience or a combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Must have a valid Class "A" commercial driver's license with air brake endorsement at time of application and time of hire. Successful out of state candidate must obtain a Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.

Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.
