Job Title Business Integration Specialist

Department Information Technology

Location 899 Montreal Circle, St. Paul, MN 55102

Reports to Director of IT

Schedule 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, as arranged with Manager; hybrid schedule

Position Summary

NCCO is looking for an individual to take responsibility for the various data interchange processes we have both internally and with third-party organizations.

These data interchange processes include managed integrations on the Boomi iPaaS platform, custom processes created in-house, and EDI transmissions.

This person will also be responsible for working with business leaders to develop integration into a value-added service to our customers and partners;

specifically, coordinating efforts between technical resources, project management, business stakeholders, and external partners to achieve the goals of the enterprise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding and expertise of our existing integration processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the Director of IT to determine integration business needs.
  • Develop and maintain secure and reliable system integration solutions with an adherence to data integrity.
  • Create and maintain documentation for stakeholders.
  • Participate in AI deployments & security concerns.
  • Support our existing EDI process in a backup capacity.

Qualifications / Skills / Abilities

  • Minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to match business needs with the appropriate resources, whether internal or external.
  • High-quality writing skills to produce communications to stakeholders and documentation for internal use.
  • Technical understanding of databases (SQL Server), APIs, and basic networking concepts.
  • Boomi platform experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Success Attributes

  • Programming experience a plus.
  • Time and task management skills, self-motivated.
