NCCL School is seeking innovative, dynamic, collaborative K-4 teachers who will be responsible for teaching reading with a phonics-based approach and / or conceptually based math with hands-on approach and co-teaching writing, social studies and science. It is important that the applicant has a background in education and understanding of child development, as well as strong communication skills. • Has an Understanding Phonics/Reading concepts and desire to plan and implement a hands-on, inquiry-based curriculum.
• Is eager to work in an engaging progressive school community, and join a supportive staff that discusses curriculum, DEI efforts, and school operations.
• Has outside interests that will enrich our program.

Salary & Benefits:

- $47,166 - $56,598 depending upon experience, with cost of living and longevity increases.
