10X Recruiting Partners is representing a client looking for a CAM/CNC Programmer position.

Job Description:

• The CNC programmer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and editing programs for milling, turning, and multitasking machines 2 – 5 axis machines.
• The successful candidate will be hands-on, possess knowledge of various HSM and HPM milling techniques, have an in-depth background of tool and speed/feed selection, and be committed to the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and trust.
• The programmer will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to stay on the edge of new technology and manufacturing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualified applicants will have 3-5 years experience of CNC programming of machine tools with GibbsCAM or similar software.
• The position requires the ability to handle diversified work assignments that may require independent thinking and judgment.
• High school education is required with training and experience in machine shop practices and techniques.
