We seek a Trauma-Focused Therapist to join our Chapel Hill, NC team.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Obtains an LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT for practice in North Carolina
• Can commute to the location in person with the possibility of hybrid
• At least one year of experience providing individual direct therapy in a clinical outpatient setting
• Experience with Psychobiological, Somatic, Body-Based, or Trauma-Focused approaches

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Must be comfortable using computers - excel, outlook, Athena RMS
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services in both individual and group settings
• Comfortable working with children, adolescents, families, or couples
• Specialization working with eating disorders
• EMDR-certified or experienced
