Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager You’ll be a key component of our team leading a team to provide restoration services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do: · Assist in maintaining market leadership through rigorous recruiting and hiring, staff development, and business process improvement. · Meet or exceed established targets for responding to and completing estimates on losses · Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors · Meet or exceed profitability targets on managed projects · Plan and execute projects to completion • Perform restoration projects, including specialized cleaning and repair carpeting, upholstery and drapery and cleaning, drying and deodorizing floors, ceiling and drywall · Obtain written contracts and payment terms for projects · Maintain efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork from the job site to administration · Coordinate resource planning of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors with scheduler · Hire, train, develop, discipline, and discharge Operations employees · Determine requirements and execute the evaluation process for subcontractors · Track the financial, and overall, performance of individuals, jobs, and production departments · Track equipment used on company jobs · Maintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-the-art technology as it pertains to the delivery of our services · Coordinate estimates from subcontractors · Write job estimates · Order materials required for projects and coordinate delivery to job site · Maintain effective communication with customers and all involved parties including third-party owners, building engineers, property managers, tenants, etc. • Inspect job sites frequently to verify the scope of work is being performed correctly, that it meets the projected timeline and that it complies with Rainbow Restoration standards · Perform property inspections and complete reports · Manage the maintenance of all assigned vehicles and equipment · Maintain appropriate inventory of production supplies and materials How to be Successful as a Project Manager Your success as a Project Manager is entirely within your control. Job Requirements for the Project Manager Here are the minimum requirements to be considered for this job. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. • Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces. • Must be able to wear respiratory equipment and PPE. • Must be available to work after hours, and on rotation for emergency calls. • 2 years of water, fire, and/or mold management experience (Preferred) • Brighton, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision The pay range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year with incentives and bonuses available.
