Trades is dedicated to its employees and committed to providing a superior journey from start to finish. We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team as Trades embarks on an exciting transformation and expansion into new markets.

RESPONSIBILTIES OF THE RECRUITING SPECIALIST:

  • Source and screen applicants for various positions daily
  • Coordinate with the HR Manager and Recruiting Lead, for all job postings, and assist with posting jobs on platforms
  • Assist the Recruiting Lead to help find qualified leads with online tools, data-bases, and search engines
  • Work closely with leadership team to understand recruitment needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous recruiting experience is a plus
  • Computer and software experience
  • The will and desire to work on new recruiting projects

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL DEMONSTRATE:

  • High team-orientation approach
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability educate management
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop goals and evaluate results
