Here at Mr. Handyman and HM Remodeling, we’re looking to add a seasoned industry and service professional to our office team. You would be answering customer phone calls, assisting clients with booking jobs, scheduling and routing technicians.

To succeed in this role:

- Be friendly and outgoing professional

- Be highly organized and detailed orientated

- Have previous construction/handyman experience

- Be a self starter

- Have computer experience with Microsoft Office

Minimum requirements:

- Live with in South Bend Area

- 5 years construction industry experience

- Problem solving skills

- Ability to mult-task

- Professional communication skills and phone etiquette

Your Responsibilities as an Office Professional

  • Lead management and Scheduling – you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
  • Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations. 
  • Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows every customer. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $20 to $24 and is dependent on your experience.
