Your Responsibilities as a Home Improvement Professional

• Create, present, and sell project estimates
• Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks with efficiency and quality
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff
• Manage and acquire materials as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations

Qualifications

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

• Live within the service area
• At least 8 years of proven experience as a handyman or home improvement professional, with skills in various trades
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug test
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Have your own professional grade tools for a wide variety of jobs
• Possess valid driver’s license and can be insured for driving our vehicle
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Comfortable safely working at heights and overhead for extended periods of time
• Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle

As an experienced Home Improvement Professional, you must have strong proficiency in the following:

• Carpentry
• Painting
• Drywall
• General plumbing and electrical
• Familiarity with building codes

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 to $33.00
