In general, this is a position where guidelines, structure, and established policies must be followed fairly closely, while working with and for others.As a Senior Training Specialist, you will consult with and support clients across the enterprise by conducting needs assessments and providing resources to meet those requirements and supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including designing, developing and partnering with team members and SMEs to create training programs and learning resources; instructor-led programs, web-based training; blended learning; course materials, job aids. Additionally, the Senior Training Specialist will deliver, facilitate, and evaluate training (levels 1 – 4) and learner effectiveness. Senior Training Specialists are expected to mentor and coach the Training Specialists, communicate information about training courses and team offerings, report training results, as well as partner with team members to provide support and back-up for training courses and systems. All of this is achieved by building a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, while treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceMinimum of 3 years training and/or banking experience Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experiencePrior instructor-led training experience required and remote learning and/or Web-based training is highly desired.
