Together, we’ll continue to create and deliver content that reflects the current and ever-changing face of the world.Job DescriptionRole PurposeThe Vice President, Fair Employment Training Programs will be responsible for strategic development, execution and monitoring of global fair and respectful workplace trainings and initiatives.Job DutiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Oversee the development and implementation of, and participate in the delivery of, innovative respectful workplace and other employment-related training programs for in-person and online audiences across the CompanyPartner with production executives, Legal Affairs, Employment Law and Human Resources to support training efforts of third party production companies on scripted and unscripted productionsRegularly liaise with stakeholders to ensure that training processes and content are aligned with specific business needsCollaborate with HR Operations, Production Management and other key stakeholders to develop and execute best-in-class systems and processes, in order to ensure accurate assignment and completion of trainingDevelop insightful reporting metrics and create reports to inform proactive strategy, in order to foster a respectful working environmentEvaluate the effectiveness of implemented training and work to optimize future coursesOversee employees who support the training functionSupport SVP, Equitable Workplace Practices and Employment Law teams on special projects as assignedQualificationsBasic RequirementsMinimum of 10 years of experience in training and developmentDirect experience creating and scaling short- and long-term strategic plans in a corporate environmentDirect experience managing enterprise-wide projects in a large-scale, matrixed corporate environmentProven ability to build relationships across a large organizationDesired CharacteristicsExperience in best in class fair hiring practices, EOE/OFCC, and employment law preferredBachelor’s degree, in HR, Communications, Administration, or Organization Development a plusKnowledge of fair employment practices and compliance a plusProficiency with LMS toolsExperience with a diverse set of businesses within a corporationProven time and project management skills, including meeting significant deadlinesExceptional analytic, communication, and organizational skillsCollaborative, team-oriented approachAbility to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectivelyAdditional RequirementsMust be willing to work in Universal City, CA or New York, NYMust have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United StatesThis position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per weekThis position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
