As RN Assistant Nurse Manager you will coordinate the care of residents, communicate concerns to staff and notify manager of urgent concerns. You will assist RNs in completing risk assessments and investigations of injury. You will assist in survey compliance, quality assurance and staff development duties. You will perform rounds at least twice each shift to monitor the condition and care of acutely ill residents. You will provide clinical expertise in medical management, crisis and behavior management techniques.
