Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The Technical Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of both business processes and technical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain business process models, data models, and system diagrams to represent business and technical workflows.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, meetings, and discussions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions and vendors to meet business needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk assessments for proposed solutions.
• Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of new systems and enhancements.
• Provide training and support to end users on new systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools such as BPMN or Visio.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and SQL querying is a plus.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
