Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide insights and support decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and drive data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Extract and transform data from multiple sources to create meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.
• Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing data quality controls and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end users on BI tools and data interpretation.
• Stay current with BI technologies and best practices to continuously improve data analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BI solutions with other systems and applications.
• Participate in the planning and execution of data governance, data warehousing, and data integration projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL querying skills.
• Experience with data visualization best practices and principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Certifications in BI or data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate).
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based BI platforms (e.g., Azure Analytics, AWS QuickSight).
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
