What You Will Do :

What You Will Need :
  • A track record of excellence in consulting, strategy, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in roles that have honed your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to distill complex analyses into compelling narratives and build consensus.
  • Proven leadership skills and a team-first attitude that allows you to excel in diverse groups, while fostering an environment of mutual respect and collaboration.
  • An ability to use your strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills to take ownership complex tasks.
  • An innately curious and enthusiastic attitude towards exploring new methodologies, technologies, and approaches to solve problems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
  • Experience supporting public sector organizations.
  • Advanced degrees and certifications (such as CPA, PMP, CAPM).
  • Preference will be given to candidates who reside within a reasonable number of miles of a Guidehouse Office.
