What You Will Do :

• Facilitate the design and configuration for Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation effort within the US Intelligence community.
• Align system configuration to HR processes and policies.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of cloud modules.
• Assist with the development of functional requirements from Business Process Redesign (BPR) sessions and documents for review and approval.
• Develop, test and migrate configurations in lower system environments using applicable migration tools to obtain user acceptance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure cloud application architectures that align with business objectives.
• Update and maintain configuration workbooks for new requirements and change requests.
• Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination.
• Solve challenging problems for the client/customer and provide innovative solutions.

What You Will Need :

• A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with COUNTERINTELLIGECE (CI) Polygraph
• TEN(10) years' relevant experience facilitating the design configuration of systems, including development, testing, and/or migrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, or other HCMS
• Experience in Agile software development practices and Cloud Computing architectures
• In lieu of PeopleSoft/HCM experience, a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn Oracle SaaS applications
• Security CE / IAT Level II or higher certification
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments.
