We are seeking a Service Bulletin Project Manager to join our team that will join our team (with core EST hours of operation). This is an exciting opportunity where you will enter a position that requires close coordination with Customer Service, Quality, Technical Support, Business Unit Leaders, Product Mangers and Legal. The best candidate for this role should have the ability to manage large scale projects that execute the creation and distribution of Service Bulletins, Warranty Bulletins and Recall Bulletins and track and report associated campaigns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, drive execution of teams and project completion as well as the ability to uphold the highest standard of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and technical writing of Service Bulletins, Warranty Bulletins and Recall Bulletins Ensure execution of distribution of bulletins with internal teams Record detailed records of all bulletins processed within our CRM system Maintain and report campaign tracking Ensure all projects are completed in a timely matter with the appropriate urgency Involve all associated stakeholders Identify resource availability and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop the most appropriate business solution Train and educate service team and sales on all bulletins prior to final distribution Education and Experience Requirements: Associates Degree or higher, or 5 years of similar or relevant experience Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization Quality and/or Lean Six Sigma exposure/experience preferred/ continuous improvement mindset required 1 year of Technical Writing or demonstrated ability Demonstrated history of independent work Marine or RV industry experience highly weighted Experience with CRM database tools (preferably Salesforce) desired Skill Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well lead collaboration of a large team Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of CRM database tools (preferably Salesforce) Ability to work remotely and in an office environment About the Company: Navico Group is the global leader in technology, systems and solutions for a variety of industries, from Marine & RV to Specialty Vehicles and beyond.
