As a Technical Writer Specialist, you will own internal and customer-facing release communications, ensuring stakeholders know what's changing and when, well ahead of time. What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging technical documentation to help our customers successfully use their software

• Track work across multiple products with dynamic schedules. We have a portfolio of SaaS products that are updated monthly so you will need to be adept in time management and efficiency

• Author product content using MadCap Flare

• Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Smartsheet to conduct research

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success and Services teams

• We have great tools, and even greater people, and we're hopeful you can show us ways to use them even more efficiently to help communicate what's coming with our products!

What you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer

• Excellent English-language skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Salesforce. Experience with MadCap Flare is a plus

• Ability to connect the dots and tell our story to customers across multiple products

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

• Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.

• The starting pay range for this role is $65,000 .

• Pay progression is based on performance.
