Position Summary:

As our Contract Specialist and member of our Legal Team, you will partner closely with our Contract Attorneys to deliver outstanding contract services to both our customers and Sales team. What you'll do:

  • Draft, review, and administer contractual documents with vendors, customers and/or partners

  • Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions

  • Collaborate with Contract Attorneys, sales and other departments to ensure compliance with company policy and legal and regulatory requirements

  • Monitor contract milestones and deadlines

  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers

  • Identify opportunities to improve contract management process and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What you'll need:

  • 2 years' experience in contract administration, legal support or a similar role; SaaS industry experience would be a plus

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on quality and thoroughness

  • Strong organization skills: must be able to help others maintain a high level of organization as well

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to adjust and manage priorities with skill and discretion in a team environment

  • Ability to understand, follow and drive compliance of processes and procedures

  • Ability to function in an email intensive environment with advanced Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce.com experience a plus

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision making, effective communication and resilience

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.

  • The starting pay for this role is $70,000 per annum.

  • Pay progression based on your performance.
