Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU PRN

What We Are Looking For
Navarro Regional Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is now hiring a PRN Registered Nurse to work in our 10 bed unit.

What You Will DoJob Duties:

• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Performs various patient test and administers medications within the scope of practice
• Promotes patients’ independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Texas Nursing License
• One (1) year of experience
• BLS & ACLS upon hire

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Two (2) years of experience

Working Hours:

• Self-scheduling unit
• Holidays required
