One day we can be running wires, the next day setting up a custom home theater system, and the following day programming a smart home or just maintaining our long time customer's systems.

What does a Installer/Service Technician do?

You will spend your time working in homes and businesses to install and integrate the latest in A/V and other automation technology.

• Provide excellent customer service and team communication.
• Pre-wire, install, service, and/or troubleshoot AV, network, and control systems for new construction and retrofit applications.
• Terminate various cabling such as Cat5e, Cat6, RG6, RG59, speaker cabling, etc.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all applicable workplace areas.
• Accurately record time, products, and service items for various projects and tasks throughout the day.
• After each service or installation, provide detailed documentation of your work so that anyone on the team can pick up where you left off.

• Prefer, approximately 1-2 years of prior experience in residential A/V, control, lighting control, other integration/automation systems.
• Have own tools.
