This role will be a critical part of how products are developed in order to successfully deliver a comprehensive proteomics platform to our customers.This position will be responsible for leading the program-level systems engineering efforts within the organization. This role entails working closely with multiple cross-functional teams in R&D, along with Program Management, Product Management and other stakeholders, in the development and commercialization of Nautilus products.This role will lead the logical and systematic conversion of stakeholder/user needs and performance requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. To be successful in this position, individuals must be driven to innovate and have extensive experience in all aspects of design and development process. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with excellent attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.This position will report to the Director of Program Management and will be located in either Seattle, WA or San Carlos, CA.#LI-Onsite
