Key Responsibilities : Perform manual labor and entry-level tasks within a small team environment for the installation or service and repair of residential and small commercial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.

Assist with maintenance, installing or repairing units or change-outs following specifications and safety guidelines. Engage professionally with customers during key stages of the maintenance, installation or repair process and shadow Lead Installers or Service Techs in answering customer questions.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage inventory, and conduct daily maintenance inspections of the company vehicle.
