Nault Chiropractic is growing. A well established and busy office, located in Worcester MA, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chiropractor to join our thriving healthcare team. As a Chiropractor, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, primarily focusing on the spine. Your expertise in spinal adjustments and other chiropractic techniques will play a vital role in helping patients find relief from pain, improve overall well-being and achieve optimal health and wellness through chiropractic care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations, to determine the root cause of musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, taking into account their medical history, lifestyle, and preferences
• Administer spinal adjustments and manipulations to align the spine and alleviate pain and discomfort
• Utilize other chiropractic techniques, such as joint mobilization, soft tissue therapies, and rehabilitative exercises, to restore and enhance patient functionality
• Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications to prevent recurring issues and promote long-term health
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, physical therapists, and massage therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in chiropractic techniques, research, and best practices through continuing education and professional development
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care, ensuring patient confidentiality and informed consent

Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic program
• Valid state license to practice as a Chiropractor
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and bio-mechanics
• Proven experience in administering spinal adjustments and other chiropractic techniques
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in a clinical or private practice setting
• Specialization or additional certifications in specific areas of chiropractic care (e.g., pediatric chiropractic, sports chiropractic, etc.)
