Job Description:

 As the Warehouse Manager at Natuv Inc., you will oversee allaspects of our warehouse operations in the Oklahoma City area. You bring astrong background in leadership, planning, budgeting, risk management, andresource optimization to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of ourwarehouse operations.

Requirements

• Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance tothe warehouse team, ensuring a positive work environment, promoting teamwork,and motivating staff to achieve operational goals.
• Planning: Develop and implement effective warehousestrategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the use of space and resourcesand ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Budgeting: Manage the warehouse budget effectively,including cost control, budget planning, and forecasting to maximizecost-efficiency while maintaining service quality.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory controlprocesses, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient stock handling, minimizingloss, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks within thewarehouse operations and implement proactive measures to mitigate those risks,such as safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and managewarehouse resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology, to meetoperational targets.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain qualitycontrol procedures to ensure the accuracy and condition of all products andadherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Customer Service: Collaborate with other departmentsto ensure prompt order fulfillment and timely delivery, providing excellentcustomer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Performance Metrics: Set and track key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouseoperations, making data-driven decisions to improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Must Have 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager with aminimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid Driver’s License and the ability tooperate a forklift effectively.
  • Strong risk management and safety awareness.
  • Proficient with warehouse management systems andtechnology.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) andinterpersonal skills.
  • Available work hours : Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
  • Availableto work extended hours on need basis (Including on-call and weekends)
