Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers in performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance, and groundskeeping.

- Perform tree care tasks such as planting, pruning, trimming, and removal.

- Oversee the construction of outdoor structures and features.

- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures.

- Coordinate with operations manager to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.

- Ensure that all work is completed according to established timelines and quality standards.

Experience:

- Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is required.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team.

- Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and equipment.

- Experience in tree care, including pruning and removal.

- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
