Description

Natureplex is a privately held company that was first started in 2001 and has been growing exponentially each year. We offer our own control brand but are also very strong in private label and contract packaging of enemas, feminine hygiene products, over-the-counter medications, and personal care products. We are rapidly growing which means there are opportunities for advancement. We have two production facilities, one in Olive Branch, MS and one in Memphis, TN. We currently have an opening for a Quality Assurance Systems Specialist at our Olive Branch location.

Requirements

Summary

Perform various QA functions to ensure that set standards are achieved in the product manufacturing process.

Essential Functions

§ Draft assurance policies and procedures

§ Interpret and implement quality assurance standards

§ Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards.

§ Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data

§ Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspections systems

§ Plan, conduct, and supervise tests and inspections of materials and products to ensure quality is maintained.

§ Take record of internal audits and other quality assurance activities

§ Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues

§ Collect and compile statistical quality data

§ Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

§ Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions

§ Prepare reports to communicate results of quality inspection activities to management

§ Determine the training needs of staff and organize training interventions to achieve quality standards

§ Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.

§ Evaluate corrective actions

§ Monitor risk management activities

§ Responsible for managing activities for multiple quality system elements, such as but not limited to, Investigations, change control, and document control

§ Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

§ Prioritize work and meet deadlines

§ Recognize and maintain the confidentiality of all materials in the work setting.
