Position Overview
We are seeking a hard-working, detail oriented, self-starter to add to our production team.
What you’ll be doing:
· Work within a fast-paced environment to maintain daily production output targets
· Operate equipment and / or perform functions as directed by the production supervisor
· Label products and verify application of correct label and lot number
· Fill liquid products into finished good containers according to work orders
· Accurately completed job travelers, work orders, and bin transfer worksheets
· Pack finished goods into appropriate cartons and stack completed cartons on pallets
· Move packaging, raw materials, and finished good products to and from production lines
· Follow safety guidelines and procedures in accordance with company policy
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company’s values
Is this role for you?
· Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility
· Positive can-do attitude.
· Forklift certification a plus
· Ability to lift 50 pounds from the floor, unassisted, continuously throughout the day
· Ability to push & pull pallets weighing 425-2800lbs with a manual pallet jack
· Detail, result, and deadline oriented with a professional demeanor
· Flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing priorities
· Strong communication & organizational skills with the ability to work in a team environment
· Ability to show up and be on time to scheduled shifts
· Production environment. Extended periods of sitting and standing in non-climate-controlled area.
· Must be able to work M-Th from 7pm to 5:30am (Fridays as assigned) and during excessive heat season, M-F from 7 pm to 3:30 am
· Ability to show up and be on time to scheduled shifts
· Some overtime hours may be required
Minimum Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent
· A minimum of 2 years of related experience
