We are currently looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our team! $2,000 Sign On Bonus!

he Warehouse Lead is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with supervision and coordination of the shipping and receiving of loads in a safe and efficient manner and auditing the corresponding transactions and paperwork. The Lead will work with customers, both internal and external, and provide assistance on the floor wherever needed as a working part of the team.

1st Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate:

A Taste of the Job:

• Communicating with outgoing Lead and/or Supervisor for pertinent information regarding the previous shift(s)
• Abiding by all rules and safety regulations as set forth by Nature Path Foods
• Maintaining warehouse in a neat, clean, and sanitary condition at all times
• Completing safety checklists on all material handling equipment, and ensuring all team members are doing so
• Conform to facility Good Manufacturing Policies and Food Safety Policies. Support and participate in food safety
• Auditing and directing corrections of Finished Goods pallet ID numbers on a load list
• Safely and accurately load Finished Goods onto a trailer
• Auditing all paperwork, including customs documents if goods are crossing the border
• Scheduling inbound empty trailers for loading, and checking the receiving calendar to compile proper paperwork for the day’s incoming loads in conjunction with the Warehouse Coordinator
• Assisting with unloading product while checking for damage and inspecting trailers for cleanliness; coordinating with Warehouse Supervisor and/or QA on items that do not meet standard
• Inspecting and receiving packaging materials into the system using an RF scanner, a BOL, and a PO cover sheet
• Ensuring that lean practices are being incorporated and continuously used to maximize efficiencies.
• Coaching and mentoring Warehouse team members and assisting with performance management
• Conducting and coordinate training for new team members
• Completing all special projects as assigned by Supervisor

Path for Success

• High school diploma

Experience

• Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.
• Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Proven troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and written in the English language
