Responsibilities:
- Stock and organize merchandise on store shelves and in storage areas
- Use a forklift to move and stack pallets of products
- Package and label items for shipment or display
- Use an RF scanner to track inventory and locate items
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating products and answering questions
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with operating a forklift is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are beneficial for communicating with diverse customers
