Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Smoothie Maker to join our team. As a Smoothie Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious and nutritious smoothies to our customers. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will ensure that our customers have a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies according to customer preferences and company recipes

- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and within expiration dates

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including equipment and utensils

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have

- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately

- Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales

- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages

- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred

- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and retail calculations

- Strong time management skills to ensure smoothie orders are prepared in a timely manner

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
