Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 5-10 office staff, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Supervise and train office staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and coordinate office events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and management skills which includes problem solving
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Previous experience in front desk or receptionist roles is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence handling
- Familiarity with training development processes is a plus
-Phone sales experience
- Strong clerical skills, including typing, filing, and document preparation
- Basic understanding of human resources practices
