What you'll do

As the Manufacturing Systems Coordinator, you are a self-starter with excellent analytical skills and an in-depth knowledge deploying and standardizing MES.

This role is primarily focused on continuing the rollout of Red Zone across two manufacturing sites and you will project manage the roll out at new sites / locations as they are onboarded.

You will also manage the system on a day to day basis, standardize system usage across locations and continue expanding the usage of the system, to ensure the business is getting the full benefit of the software.

You will also work in the space outside of the system and utilize data available to identify opportunities for all sites to improve KPIs.

This role will involve understanding a use case, and ensuring it fits the business need and working with teams to ensure the use cases are able to be put into practice.

To be successful in this role you must have the flexibility to meet changing priorities and the ability to organize and structure multi-departmental projects and campaigns.

This role will split time on projects between two manufacturing sites at time of hire but will expand as the software is implemented at multiple locations.

What you'll bring to KIND

• Experience with implementation of MES and proven sustainability post implementation
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization
• Can ensure data accuracy and integrity within systems
• Are able to design effective data views aligned to all levels within an organization such as an equipment operator, or a Site Leader.
• Are able to document and maintain processes to ensure best practices and consistently follow standard operating procedures.
• A proven track record of successful user training and high levels of system adoption
• Are able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Are curious : come into process with open mindset and asking questions
• Can implement lean manufacturing fundamentals and processes and standardize usage
• Are an experienced change management practitioner and / or influencer

You are...

• A strong problem-solver with the ability to identify errors and suggest corrections, strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Located in one of the following cities : Hazelwood, Mo, Carson, City, NV or Salt Lake City, UT

You have...

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience of 3 years or more
• CPG manufacturing background
• Lean / OPEX Manufacturing Background (Green Belt)
• Experience with MES Systems
• Strong analytical skills; the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and seek solutions
• Self starter and self driven- able to determine priorities and execute
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs
