Natural Retreats is Hiring a 360 Blue Property Manager - AMAZING BENEFITS! Near Cape San Blas, FL

Natural Retreats is hiring a full time Property Manager to join our 360 Blue Cape San Blas, FL team! The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring all properties and homes are maintained to the highest standard and consistently prepared for arrival in accordance with Natural Retreats brand standards. The Property Manager will act as the primary liaison between assigned homeowners and Natural Retreats for all questions, requests, and consultations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Send out weekly housekeeping schedule to team/vendors 
  • Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and inventory of the property. Assign appropriate charges to owners as required by the applicable deadlines 
  • Conduct property inspections within a timeline outlined by the General Manager as outlined in our management agreements 
  • Stage the property per brand standards and expectations. Remove any leftover trash from the properties
  • Answer and address any guest issues throughout the guest’s stay in the homes 
  • Provide prompt direction and instruction on any guests’ questions related to operating the spa, stereo, etc. over the phone and, if required, by visiting the homes to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Report any damages, missing items, etc. after guests’ departures. Submit pictures of said damages, missing items, etc. with detailed summary of the issue(s) 
  • Complete and provide feedback on any operational reports and inspections according to Natural Retreats policies and procedures
  • Assist in all aspects of the housekeeping vendor relationships and assist housekeeping as needed to ensure the homes are up to brand standards and ready for guest arrival. 
  • Oversee all independent Inspector and Housekeeping contractors
  • Oversee vendors such as lawn care, pool care, property care, etc. 
  • Assist with inventory control of all guest linens and report this information to the General Manager 
  • Maintain updated reports and ensure all information is documented and filed appropriately
  • Perform basic mechanical and electronic repairs including but not limited to:
    • Reset Wi-Fi routers and modems 
    • Reset and program cable and satellite TV receivers 
    • Perform light plumbing and painting repairs 
    • Change light bulbs and batteries 
  • Operate company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional manner 
  • ​​​​​​​Ensure open, honest, and timely communication with General Manager, onsite staff, all departments in the home office at all times 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, property management, or other related fields.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Computer savvy with the ability to learn new systems and software
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to mee deadlines in the required timeframe
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment

HOURS OF WORK:

Due to the nature of the job, the Property Manager should be flexible with their hours. Weekend and holidays will generally be busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days. We encourage all of our Team Members to take two (2) days off per week where possible, knowing that guests and owners can arrive at unpredictable times. The Team Member should always be available in case of an emergency, which includes evenings and on-call hours. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season. Vacation is generally taken outside of peak season.
