Natural Organics, Inc., a leading Manufacturer and Distributor of Dietary Supplements is seeking a Document Control Associate in the QA Customer Care Department. This position will provide administrative document control support, assist with coordination of customer contact issues, maintenance and documentation of training and safety programs and conduct internal safety audits.

Qualifications/ Skills Required

Associates or Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years experience in a food and/or dietary supplement manufacturing or packaging environment with a focus on quality assurance, training, employee safety and/or the tracking of customer feedback.

• Ability to work well independently and in a group setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Skilled at working efficiently and completing projects in a timely fashion and meeting deadlines.
• The ability to multitask while maintaining an attention to detail.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledgeable in dietary supplement FDA Regulations and OSHA guidelines a plus.
