As a member of the Natural Life sales team, your role will primarily focus on providing exceptional customer service and maximizing sales. If hired as a sales manager, your main responsibilities will include driving sales by ensuring efficient operational standards within the store, training and coaching the team to provide clear and well-informed knowledge about our products, maintaining proper inventory levels, completing daily and weekly tasks on time, including opening and closing routines, and communicating with your team and supervisors in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for executing regular local marketing efforts, motivating your team to meet and exceed minimum sales goals, and upholding the company's brand standards of being respectful, responsible, and punctual.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

A Natural Life team member’s responsibilities revolve around customer service, store maintenance and back office tasks. Some of the store manager duties will include:

· The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of management throughout the store.

· Ensuring efficient operational standards within the store.

· Upholding customer service standards.

· Providing transparent and well-informed knowledge about our products backed up by training.

· Timely restocking of inventory.

· Timely completion of daily and weekly tasks, including completing open and closing routines.

· Receiving inventory.

· Cleaning the store throughout the shift.

· Ensuring store exceeds minimum sales goals.

· Communicating in a timely manner with your team and supervisors.

· Upholding the company core values by being respectful, responsible, and timely.

· Ongoing regular local marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 3 years of prior retail management experience.
- Are a quick learner with a positive & innovative, open-minded attitude.
- Enjoy leading and training others to success.
- Are self-motivated and take necessary actions to meet sales goals.
- Are comfortable within a growing company experiencing regular updates & changes.
