What You'll Do:
We are seeking a talented Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a year of dedicated dental treatment coordination experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering compassionate patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Educating patients on treatment options and financial arrangements
• Achieving a 67% case acceptance ratio
• Submitting insurance documentation and managing claims (training provided- we are out-of-network with all insurances, so this aspect of the position takes minimal time)
• Maintaining office collections and outstanding balances (training provided)
• Collaborating with the clinical team to enhance patient education
• Providing exceptional customer service and building patient trust
• Managing office administrative tasks and maintaining records

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for top-notch patient care and a knack for financial coordination. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of a year of dental treatment coordination experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office software and dental management systems
• A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
• Familiarity with biomimetic dentistry concepts is a plus, but not mandatory (training will be provided)
• Experience in dental insurance management is a plus, but not mandatory (training will be provided)
