We are seeking a highly motivated Machine Maintenance and Setup Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of machines used in our production process. Additionally, the candidate will also be responsible for the setup and adjustment of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Conducting preventive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and repairing a variety of machines used in our production process, including but not limited to, filling machines, labeling machines, and capping machines. Working with other members of the production team to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Installing, setting up, and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal performance and production efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on machines.
• Perform other maintenance duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in machine maintenance and setup in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with NEI team members.
• Able to work in high heat and humidity or cold and dry conditions indoors/outdoors.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods of time, squat, kneel, reach, and bend.
