As a premier provider of freshwater fish, plants, and aquarium supplies, we pride ourselves on being the go-to destination for aquarists nationwide, both in-store and online.Position Available: Aquatics SpecialistResponsibilities:

• Ensure the well-being of our aquatic life by performing water changes, maintaining clean aquariums, and feeding fish.
• Assist in packing and shipping online orders while managing inventory effectively.
• Educate and guide customers in selecting the perfect products and fish for their setups, fulfilling their needs and desires.
• Prioritize exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.
• Create engaging daily content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube videos.

Requirements:

• Passion for animals
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication skills to educate and assist customers effectively.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute positively to our company culture.
• Proficiency in social media platforms for creating engaging content.
• Previous experience in retail is a plus.
