Natural Beauty Growers is a greenhouse, leading the way to a greener and more colorful world. We grow a wide range of young plants for other greenhouses and finished plants for retailers both locally and across the country. Our merchandising team strives to create appealing displays and maintain the quality of the plants at Home Depot stores for customers.

Expectations:

· Expand plant knowledge while unloading our carts of product onto tables

· Follow store planogram with commitment and flexibility

· Accurately record and remove Natural Beauty product that doesn’t meet our standard

· Change and expand signage during sales

· Answer customers questions about Natural Beauty product while unloading carts

· Favor action in fast-paced retail environment

· Work hard but have fun doing it

Requirements:

· Ability to work on a team and independently with limited supervision

· Attention to detail while completing tasks in a timely manner

· Positive attitude and willingness to adapt

· One weekend shift including Mother’s Day and Memorial Day weekend

· Access to reliable transportation and cell phone

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
