Natural Beauty Growers is Hiring a Garden Center Merchandiser Near Minneapolis, MN

Natural Beauty Growers is a greenhouse, leading the way to a greener and more colorful world. We grow a wide range of young plants for other greenhouses and finished plants for retailers both locally and across the country. Our merchandising team strives to create appealing displays and maintain the quality of the plants at Home Depot stores for customers.
We are now hiring seasonal garden center merchandisers for our Richfield, Saint Louis Park, and Bloomington locations who are self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with a desire to learn. Snow might be on the ground but but we are hiring individuals who enjoy fast paced retail and who would love the opportunity to work outdoors when the beautiful spring weather occurs.

- Flexible schedule we create together (Monday-Sunday shifts available between 5am- 8pm)

Expectations:
- Expand plant knowledge while unloading our carts of product onto tables
- Follow store planogram with commitment and flexibility
- Accurately record and remove Natural Beauty product that doesn’t meet our standards
- Change and expand signage during sales
- Answer customers questions about Natural Beauty product while unloading carts
- Favor action in fast-paced retail environment
- Regular communication with Merchandising Manager; address watering issues, product inventory, no cashiers, or gates being closed, etc
- Work hard but have fun doing it
Requirements:
- Ability to work on a team and independently with limited supervision
- Attention to detail while completing tasks in a timely manner
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt
- Walking, bending, and lifting 5-15 pounds regularly
- One weekend shift per week including Mother’s Day and Memorial Day weekend
- Access to reliable transportation and cell phone
- Plant knowledge in a personal or professional setting is a plus
