Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (ITSM/ CSM/ FSM)

Location: Fort Worth-TX (76134) Onsite

Candidate Must have 5 years of Architect Level exp

• ServiceNow professional with deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products, ITSM, ITOM (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery & Event Mgmt), APM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, IT Asset Management etc.
• Experience with system administration
• Experience with system upgrade & upgrade related activities
• Understanding of ServiceNow licenses, plug-ins, activating plug-in and related license dependencies.
• Experience with various integrations & APIs.
• Work with DevOps team for story backlogs and delivery schedule
• Perform POCs.
• Establish strong partnership with Business owners/product owners, help with developing road map
• Support with establishing governance model, identifying & implementing areas of improvement for effective governance
