Job Summary:

Native Sons seeks a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for various tasks including loading and unloading shipments, checking in goods, operating warehouse equipment, making local deliveries and assisting customers with on site pick ups . Must be dependable, professional and willing to work.

Responsibilities:

- Load and unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks

- Unload multiple numbers of boxes up to 45 lbs

- Count in shipments and check for counts and product accuracy

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

- Assist in inventory management, including counting and restocking items as needed

- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor and team members to meet production goals

- Have valid Drivers License and safe driving record

Skills:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

- Ability to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking

- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
