We are currently seeking a Landscape/Hardscape Foreman with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. As a foreman, you will lead a team to complete various landscape and hardscape projects, ensuring customer satisfaction on each project. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to complete landscape and hardscape projects
• Assist and train other team members
• Report job statuses and team member production rates
• Drive company trucks and haul materials/equipment to and from job sites
• Perform and lead team in installation projects
• Ensure customer satisfaction on each project
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with other team members and clients

Qualifications

• 2 Years of Landscape Installation experience
• Basic Irrigation knowledge
• Project Management experience
• Strong leadership capabilities & ability to work well with others
• Equipment operating experience (dingos and skid steers)
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Compensation

The pay for this position ranges from $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Expected hours per week are 35 – 50.
